Activation Code
A manual installation requires the user to enter an Activation Code before the protected program can be run.

CMP
For your convenience, you can save the CopyMinder protection parameters you specified when running CopyMinder.exe. These parameters are saved in files with a .cmp file extension.

DID
CopyMinder Developer's ID. All software developers using CopyMinder have a unique alphabetic ID

Installation Code
Each manual installation generates an Installation Code that is required in order to get an Activation Code.

Manual Installation
If internet access is not available then the user can do a manual installation instead.

ProdCode
This is an abbreviation of Product Code. Each of your products can be protected with their own settings. The Product Code (up to 16 characters) identifies the product.

Product Key
Each installation is identified by means of a Product Key that takes the form ProductCode-XXXX-XXXX-XX where ProduceCode is up to 16 characters long.
