Concurrent access to the Secure Data Area

When a CopyMinder function is called, including the Secure Data Area functions, it temporarily puts other CopyMinder functions on hold.

There is not a full lock function for the Secure Data Area (SDA) as such at the moment.
If the following happens:
1.    User A reads the SDA
2.    User B reads the SDA
3.    User A decrements a counter and writes it back
4.    User B decrements the same counter and writes it back

then the counter saved in the SDA will be one less than the original, not 2.

Full locking will be available in a future release of the .cm file.
