How do I force an installation to access the CopyMinder web site?

You can force it to go to the web site by putting ForceWebCheck=Once in the [Main] section of the .cm.ini file.
Alternatively, if you are using the API method, you can set the Options parameter (BIT0) when calling CM_CheckProtection().
