Description:

When you reset your password, it is changed on our online database which is what is checked when you login into the website or try to protect a program using CopyMinder. The CopyMinder program can store your password so that you don't have to type it in every time you want to protect something. When you change your password, the CopyMinder program will still be storing the old password.

Solution:

From the CopyMinder program menu, select "Options" and untick the "Remember my Developer's ID and Password" option. Then close and restart CopyMinder. It will then ask you for your DID and password, for which you should enter your new password.
